Data processed

When you make or manage a booking, we may process your name, email, phone number, check-in and check-out dates, number of guests, form notes, amounts, payment status and booking reference.

When you subscribe to the newsletter, we process your email address and consent. Technical navigation data may include IP address, browser information and data needed for the website to work correctly.

Purposes and legal basis

Data is processed to manage bookings, payments, operational messages, booking changes or cancellations, administrative and tax obligations, website security and, with your consent, promotional emails or discount codes.

Payments and external services

Online payments are handled through PayPal. Payment data is also processed by PayPal according to its own terms and privacy notices. The embedded map uses Google Maps and may involve technical data processing by Google when viewed.

Retention

Booking data is kept for the time needed to manage the stay and comply with legal obligations. Newsletter data is kept until consent is withdrawn or deletion is requested.
